Before returning any product, please email [email protected] or call 1-800-726-7365 to receive an RMA number. The RMA number should be included with the paperwork sent with the returned item and written legibly on the outside of the box. Shipping costs for returned product are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest you use a courier or insured mail for your return as ProScore will not be held liable for lost product.
If returning product for credit please be sure that the item is new, unused condition, or in an unopened package. Please be aware that returned items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.<
